Damien Shops Organic

Damien, being the hippie Berkeley baby that he is, eats homemade organic food most of the time (or Earth's Best organic baby food). So, on a rare Saturday when Momma and Papa had no plans, the Craig's walked all the way from their home to the downtown Berkeley Farmer's Market - approx 40 min walk each way. Damien has not loved his stroller for long periods of time, until this day! He was an angel and didn't complain until Momma and Papa were almost done shopping. So, Damien was released from his bondage and enjoyed some organic fresh apple cider and some swing action. He was a happy camper. Afterwards, it was naptime, so Momma put the stroller into flat position, gave Damien his white noise giraffe that he sleeps with and his blanket, and off to bed he went for the ride home. A dreamy Saturday.

I love cups, especially when they are filled with whatever the heck this delicious stuff is.

Damien Visits with Fellow Bear Cub Lauren

Damien got the pleasure of meeting fellow bear cub Lauren, who is a year and a half. Thank you Karen for stopping by to visit. Lauren showed off her walking and eating skills. She also had fun reliving her baby days by playing in Damien's bumpo and with other toys. The fact that she is a much older woman didn't seem to deter Damien who was very interested in Lauren. Fearless, that's our guy!

Damien and His "Twin" Lucas

Mommy has met two new Berkeley friends through baby classes at Alta Bates and has been going on walks with them and their babies in Berkeley (the Marina, Tilden Park, etc.). It has been really great for mommy to get out, get some exercise and hang out with the super cool new mommy's. On this last outing, Damien showed up in the exact same outfit as his pal Lucas (born one week before him). What is super funny about this coincidence is that the outfits are both hand me downs and are not currently available (thank you Leah!). As you'll see below, besides the matching outfit, both mommies picked the exact same color green hat to go with the outfit. Super cute and super funny.
